Description

The principal investment objective of the fund is to make opportunistic real estate development investments in Jordan with goals of: (i) maximizing total returns from a combination of income and capital appreciation; (ii) the construction of investment grade properties suitable for international institutional investors; (iii) evaluating possible partial Exit Opportunities for investors via sale of invested assets; and (iv) achieve exit within 4 years of the Investment being made, subject to 2 possible one year extensions at the discretion of the Board.
